brie baked in phyllo

1 - 2 lb wheel of Brie or Camembert
1/4 c apricot preserves (opt)
1/2 lb phyllo (10-12 sheets)
1/2 c butter/marg, melted
Fresh dillweed (opt)
Grapes, apples, pears (opt)

Spread preserves on top of Brie. Wrap in phyllo, brushing each sheet with butter. Keep unused phyllo under a damp cloth. Turn chees over after applying one sheet of phyllo for even application. Brush top with butter; cover and refrigerate. Before serving, place on shallow baking pan and bake at 425F for 8-12 minutes or until golden. Let stand 10 minutes. Garnish with dill and grapes, apples and pears.
